Washington Police are providing a few more details about the arrest of a Washington man Monday on three counts of Child Solicitation and Dissemination of Matter Harmful to Minors.
Police say they arrested 30-year-old Jan McAtee while investigating a complaint he was engaging in inappropriate messages with a teenager on social media.
Washington Police, Indiana State Police, and the Daviess County Sheriff’s Office were able to locate and arrest McAtee without incident. Bond has now been set for Jan McAtee at $10,000.
