Two people from Jasper are facing drug and child neglect charges.
Jasper Police responded to a call late last night about a male juvenile walking around the southside McDonald’s by himself.
The juvenile was later found to be the child of 31-year-old Leandra McCormick and 32-year-old Michael Brasell.
A search warrant was later obtained for their residence, where police found paraphernalia and marijuana.
McCormick is charged with child neglect, possession of paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana.
Brasell is also charged with child neglect.
