Indiana’s attorney general is promising an investigation into a 10-year-old’s abortion.
Todd Rokita went on Fox News Thursday night to say his office is looking into the Indianapolis doctor who performed the abortion.
Rokita says he is looking for proof that the doctor reported the rape that led to the Ohio girl’s pregnancy.
Doctors in Indiana are mandatory reporters.
Documents from the State Health Department say that the doctor reported the abortion to the state within the time she’s required to do so.
