There was some excitement Thursday night at Indiana’s oldest American Legion.
Brazil Post # 2 held their Treasure Hunt drawing, and hundreds of people were on hand to play with only three numbers remaining on the board.
This prize board started in late February of 2020.
Brazil resident Irma Osborn was drawn.
She chose number 24, which just happened to hold the grand prize symbol on the prize board.
The grand prize amount was $326,548, but since Irma was not present, she won half of the grand prize.
The 50/50 winner was local bus driver Connie Norris of Brazil.
She won $4,623.
