The Daviess County Commissioners got through Tuesday’s agenda in record time. Commissioner Michael Taylor reported on the courthouse renovation and said that drywalling is set to begin.
In regular business, the commissioners approved a contract extension with CIVIC+ for computer software. The Commissioner also signed a letter of support for a waste water expansion project at Westgate.
In other business, the Commissioners approved the appointment of Kristin Miles to the Daviess Community Hospital Board for a term to run through June 2026.
The next commissioners meeting is scheduled for 8:15 a.m. on June 25 in the commissioners room of the government center.
