After 27 years of dedicated service, Captain Barry Andis completed his final shift with the Washington City Fire Department on Friday.
Also marking a significant milestone, Tony Wichman celebrated his retirement after 50 years of service to the Washington Township Fire Department.
Over the years, these firemen have impacted numerous lives, providing support to many during their most challenging moments. The firefighters and citizens of Washington and Daviess County extended their heartfelt thanks to Wichman and Andis for their years of dedication and sacrifice.
