On April 16, Nathanel Winningham, 22, of Russellville, KY, was arrested by the Jasper Police Department. He was apprehended at Blimpies, 1921 Lube Way, following a notification of a wanted subject in the area of US 231 and State Road 162. Upon approaching the vehicle, both Winningham and passenger Sarah Wring, 28, fled on foot but were apprehended. Winningham was charged with motor vehicle theft, possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia, and resisting law enforcement. Wring was charged with obstruction of justice, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of paraphernalia. Both were transported and lodged at the Dubois County Security Center.
