Yesterday, at approximately 4:23 a.m., emergency services responded to a personal injury accident on East State Road 58 in Odon. The accident involved a single vehicle that had flipped upside down in front of a residence. The male driver, who had suffered a bleeding head laceration, was out of the vehicle when responders arrived. Officers, along with medical and fire personnel, were dispatched to the scene. The road was temporarily shut down for the investigation and vehicle removal. The driver refused further medical treatment. By 6:27 a.m., the roadway was reopened, and the vehicle was towed.
