State Police arrested an Odon man after a chase Saturday night. Trooper Jarrod Lents attempted to pull over a 2019 Buick on US 50 near 2nd Street in Loogootee for speeding. The driver of the vehicle, 61-year-old Steven Kiser of Odon, did not stop and led police on a chase with speeds up to 80 mph into Daviess County before circling back into Loogootee and stopping in a church parking lot. Kiser was taken into custody and charged with resisting law enforcement, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, and reckless driving. He was taken to the Martin County Jail.
