President Biden Withdraws from Presidential Race, Endorses VP Kamala Harris

President Biden has dropped out of the presidential race on the Democratic ticket and has placed his endorsement with Vice President Kamala Harris.
Harris is scheduled to speak at a sorority event in Indianapolis this week.
