Late Saturday night, March 9th, Trooper Noah Ewing pulled over a speeding vehicle on State Road 145 in French Lick.
The driver, Joshua Lucas, displayed signs of impairment and was taken to IU Health Paoli for a chemical test.
Lucas, 40, of New Albany, was arrested for driving while suspended, possession of marijuana, and operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
He is currently held in the Orange County jail.
