On February 25, at approximately 03:21 AM, first responders were dispatched to an establishment in Washington for a male subject who had been stabbed. Upon arrival, officers learned that an altercation had taken place prior to the stabbing and that persons of interest had left the scene. The victim was transported to the hospital for treatment. Throughout the investigation, multiple interviews and searches of residences were conducted. As a result, 25-year-old Marcson Edouard has been arrested on charges of attempted murder, battery by means of a deadly weapon, and battery resulting in serious bodily injury. Also arrested was 23-year-old Kelvin Pasley Jr. on charges of battery and disorderly conduct. This is an ongoing investigation, but there is no suspected threat to the public at this time.
