Region 8 employers in counties such as Brown, Daviess, and Monroe can now apply for the NextLevelJobs Employer Training Grant 7.0, offering up to $5,000 per employee for training and retention. Businesses can be reimbursed up to $50,000 in total. To apply, visit the Indiana Department of Workforce Development website and complete the online application. Training must align with eligible occupations and be at least 40 hours long, leading to a certificate or credential.
