Washington, IN: In a joint effort with the Department of Child Services, a detective from the Washington Police Department apprehended 26-year-old Andrew Grow on January 29.
He faces charges of Level 1 Felony Child Molestation and Level 4 Felony Incest.
The arrest follows a thorough investigation.
