In the early hours of December 3, Bloomington Police responded to a shooting incident in the 500 block of S. Park Ave. Witnesses reported a large house party where a confrontation led to gunfire. A 23-year-old man was found dead with a gunshot wound to the chest, while a 19-year-old sustained non-life-threatening injuries. 21-year-old Isaiah Ramos of Linton was later arrested and charged with murder and criminal recklessness.
