A Gibson County man, 42-year-old Jason Brubaker of Patoka, was arrested after reports of shots being fired into a residence. Gibson County Deputies responded to the incident at a home on Gibson County Road 180-West near Patoka around 10 p.m. on Monday night. Witnesses identified Brubaker as the alleged shooter. A search warrant was executed at Brubaker’s residence, resulting in the discovery and securing of several weapons, including the firearm believed to be used in the shooting. Brubaker has been booked into the county jail in Princeton, facing charges of criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon and criminal mischief.
