Starting around November 13th, the city of Washington will commence its leaf pickup service. A friendly reminder to residents: leaves should be raked to the curb, not into the streets. The pickup locations will be detailed in the Washington Times Herald. The city plans to make two complete rounds through the streets and one complete round through the alleys.
