Corinna Lynn Williams, 58, of Washington, Indiana passed away on Friday, October 6, 2023 in Newbugh, Indiana. Corinna was born on October 13, 1964 and is the daughter of John and Janet (Roark) Grove. She married the love of her life, Claude Williams and together built a beautiful partnership built on love and family.
Corinna was a member of Winslow Church of the Nazarene. She had a passion for helping others through her church’s food pantry, Irene’s Room. In her spare time she enjoyed making crafts, floral arrangements, baking and decorating cakes for special occasions, going to flea markets, cooking for her family, camping and traveling. Her most important piece of her life was her children. She raised them to be the loving, kind, and compassionate adults she was so proud of. Her family and friends will miss her dearly.
Surviving Corinna is her husband, Claude Williams; mother, Janet Grove; children, Ashleigh Dubon and her husband Francisco, Rachel Riker and her husband Derek, Brett Williams, Jacob Williams, and Dylan Williams; grandchildren, Lola Dubon, Magnolia Dubon, Oscar Dubon, and Gavin Kaiser; sister, Heather Morrison. Preceding Corinna in death is her father, John Grove; and infant son, Andrew Williams.
Visitation for Corinna will be held Tuesday, October 10, 2023 from 12:00 pm- 2:00 pm. The funeral service will start promptly following visitation at 2:00 pm with Pastor Aaron Gall officiating. Burial will be at Oak Grove Cemetery. In lieu of flowers or gifts, donations may be made to Irene’s Room, The Winslow Church of the Nazarene’s food pantry, and the outreach ministry.
