The Indianapolis Colts failed to find a trade partner for running back Jonathan Taylor or at least one that proposed what they termed “a fair-value offer” ahead of their Tuesday deadline, according to Colts insider Chip Jamerson. Taylor is now expected to start the season on the physically unable to perform (PUP) list, meaning he will miss at least the first four games of the season in Indianapolis.
