Holguens Philippe, 35, of Washington, was arrested on counts of OVWI with refusal and OVWI with endangerment. Bond was set at $10,000 and bond was posted.
Aaron Shover, 31, of Loogootee, was arrested on counts of OVWI Prior Conviction and Possession of Controlled Substance. Bond was set at $2,500.
