The Washington Police Department’s 2nd shift officers responded to an assault report on Grand Avenue on August 24. A victim presented with significant bruising and swelling, revealing they were attacked both physically and with an object. Norvin Bonilla Cordero, 49, was subsequently arrested on charges of Aggravated Battery & Criminal Confinement.
