Orange County – Jeremy Quinn, 41, of French Lick, was taken into custody on August 16th after Trooper Noah Ewing observed him driving and discovered an outstanding warrant. During the stop, Quinn exhibited signs of impairment and performed poorly on field sobriety tests. He later refused a chemical test and admitted to fatally injuring his dog with a knife.
