A local dog groomer in Petersburg has been charged with animal cruelty and neglect in Pike County. 44-year-old Christy Aufdemorte at Doggie Styles Pet Grooming on Main Street in Petersburg was booked into the security center on Wednesday on two counts of animal neglect and cruelty. The investigation continues.
