The Crane Army Ammunition Activity in Martin County welcomes its 21st commander, Colonel Franyate Taylor, who will take the reins from former commander Colonel Santee Vasquez. A change of command ceremony was held on Thursday to mark the transition. Colonel Taylor brings a wealth of experience to her new role, having started her Army career as an enlisted soldier in 1991. In 1999, she earned her commission as a Second Lieutenant.
