Washington Fire Crews responded to a barn fire on the west edge of Washington around 12:00 p.m. on June 17th. Upon arrival, they encountered a barn that was already destroyed and fully engulfed in flames. The dry conditions posed a threat to two nearby barns. However, the crews acted quickly, successfully extinguishing the grass fire and saving the two threatened barns.
