Mayor Joe Yochum of Vincennes has announced that starting this morning, E&B Paving crews will initiate milling operations on 15th Street, covering the area between Hart Street and the railroad tracks. Milling activities, including the approaches, will continue through Wednesday. The paving phase of the project will begin on Monday, June 19th, weather permitting.
