A man was apprehended by the police following a break-in at a business in downtown Washington. Law enforcement responded to an active alarm at Purely Vapor located on the 400 block of East Main Street, early Saturday morning at approximately 4:45 a.m. The front glass door had been shattered. During their investigation, officers discovered Justin Fitzwater, a 48-year-old individual, inside the store. He was taken into custody without any resistance and is now facing charges of burglary.
