Paul D. McCrary, 90, of Vincennes, passed away peacefully on May 31, 2023 at Good Samaritan Hospital. Paul was born on June 30, 1932 and was the son of Claude and Carolyn (Harker) McCrary.
Paul had been a route driver for RC Cola for 52 years, enjoying the friendships he made along the way. He was a member of Bethlehem General Baptist Church. In his spare time, Paul liked to race midget cars and watch Nascar on television
Paul is survived by his wife, Betty (Sutton) McCrary of Vincennes, Indiana; daughter, Patty Hall (Tim) of Vincennes, Indiana; daughter in law, Pam McCrary of Vincennes, Indiana; step-daughter, Cathy Miller of Seattle, Washington; sisters Annie Schultz of Vincennes, Indiana, Donna Neighbors of Vincennes, Indiana, and Judy Steimel of Vincennes, Indiana; grandchildren, Danyelle McCrary, Curtis McCrary, and Bert Dodd.
Paul is preceded in death by his parents; his son, Bunk McCrary; and brother, Bill McCrary.
Per Paul’s wishes, he chose cremation with a memorial service in his honor at a later date. Goodwin-Sievers Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with the care of Paul.
