Tragic Accident Claims Life of South Vigo High School Student

A devastating incident unfolded on Monday as a train collided with a car, resulting in the unfortunate death of a local high school student. The Vigo County Sheriff’s Office responded to the distress call near east Harlan Drive and Bono Road, where an SUV had been struck by a train. The driver of the vehicle, identified as 19-year-old Logan Blueher, tragically did not survive the collision. Logan, a student at South Vigo High School, was alone in the car at the time of the accident. The circumstances leading to the collision remain unclear, and authorities are still investigating the incident.
