WFD Makes Run to WHS Tuesday

The Washinton Fire Department responded to a faulty sensor at Washington High School Tuesday afternoon.  According to a release by the Washington Schools, an alarm sensor in the mechanical room at Washington High School was triggered resulting in students being evacuated from the building.  Firefighters evaluated the sensor and determined it was malfunctioning.  When the Fire Department gave the all-clear, students returned to the building and resumed classes.
