Washington Mayor Dave Rhoads gave us an update this week on the Highway 50 project.
Preliminary work has been going on the past few weeks, and the Mayor says bids will be opened on Friday.
Construction will be starting in April.
There will be delays along the way, and the Mayor asked commuters on the road to have patience and watch for crews as you travel through town.
