Georgia Carol Howard 75, of Washington, went to her heavenly home on Sunday, December 25, 2022.
Georgia was born on July 27, 1947 in Daviess county to the late Harold E. Johnson and Dorthy E. Mathews.
Georgia was a 1965 graduate of Washington High School and went to Vincennes Beauty College. She was a former member of the Women of the Moose, Eagles Auxiliary, and the American Legion Auxiliary. Georgia enjoyed spending time with her family and loved her great-granddaughter very much.
Those left to mourn the loss of Georgia are; a daughter, Amanda Howard; granddaughter, Chelsea Hayes; great-granddaughter, Aalieyah Hayes; siblings, Barbara Atwood, Judy Sullivan, and Cheryl Johnson, James Johnson, Donald Johnson, and Jerry Johnson; Linda Howard Whiddon; special niece, Stacy Gerth; and a special nephew, Shawn Sullivan; and many more nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews, Avery, Delanie, and Landon.
Georgia was preceded in death by; former husband, Rick Howard;her parents; special companion,Stephen Howard; and a son, Charles Donald Howard; brothers, Harold Johnson Jr, and Gary Johnson; and a sister-in-law, Jane Johnson.
There will be a private service for the family held on Thursday at Fredrick and Son-Gill Funeral Home with burial following in St. John’s Cemetery. the family welcomes online condolences to be left at www.gillsince1872.com.
