Amber Mattingly

Amber Mattingly, 42, passed away December 22, 2022. She was born April 3, 1980, in Washington, to Terry J. Mattingly and Donnetta S. Blackwell.
Amber was a Washington High School graduate who was employed at the Washington Orscheln Farm and Home Hardware as a manager. She loved the outdoors, especially fishing, enjoyed the beach and was an avid reader. However, Amber was happiest when spending time with family and friends.
Those left to cherish Amber’s memory include her parents, Terry J. (Tammie) Mattingly and Donnetta S. (Bill) Blackwell; her daughter, Skyler Nicole Mattingly (Maxwell Robinson); her son, Dylan Tyler Ross; and siblings: Shawn (Fawn) Mattingly of Washington; Kellie (Brandon) Osmon in Florida; and Eric Hannah of Washington. Additionally, Amber leaves several nieces: Kayla Mattingly; Sophie Armes; Arbryella Mattingly; Scarlett Mattingly; Sydney Hannah; three nephews, Sawyer Mattingly; Liam Osmon; and Alexander Hannah. As well as her companion, Carey Ridgley and his sons, Tristan and Hunter.
Amber was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Donald and Norma Mattingly; maternal grandparents, Don Perry and Carolyn Perry; and cousin, Brian Perry.
Visitation for Amber Mattingly will be held 11:00 am – 1:00 pm, Tuesday, December 27, 2022, at the Ed L. Lee Mortuary, 620 East Viola Avenue, Washington.
Funeral services for Amber Mattingly will immediately follow the visitation and begin at 1:00 pm, also at the Ed L. Lee Mortuary. Yvonne Evans will officiate. Burial will be in the Kilgore Cemetery.
