The Lady Vikings return to action 10 days from now at Springs Valley. The JV Lady Vikings go to 3-0 with a win over Mitchell 21-18. Kennedy Sinnott led the JV with 8 points followed by Katelyn Stevens with 5. –
 
 
North Daviess hangs tough and loses 42-39 to a very good Linton team. Head Coach Joey Riggins commented on how tough his team was in not giving up.
 
 
BR’s 6th grade girls won at Bloomfield on Saturday morning 34-12. Avery Wittmer led in scoring with 14 points followed by Joslyn Knepp with 8, Molly Jo Anderson with 6, Nyah Knepp with 4, and Laynee Fuhs with 2.
 
 
Indianapolis Colts dropped to 4-6-1 in a 17-16 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles. Colts lead most of the game but couldn’t contain Philadelphia quarterback Jalen hurts down the stretch. Matt Ryan was 23 of 32 for 213 yards no interceptions, no touchdowns and Jonathan Taylor ran for 83 yards on 23 carries Michael Pittman Jr leading receiving 75 yards on six receptions. Colts, next game is next Monday on Monday night football versus the Pittsburgh Steelers.
