Pike County Election Results

In Pike County, only two countywide elections were held on Tuesday. Both were for the school board.
Carla Willis won the Pike County, District 1 School Board seat with more than 50% of the vote over two other candidates. She takes over for Howard Knight, who didn’t seek re-election.
In District 2, incumbent David Waltz was defeated by challenger Steven Hamilton. Hamilton wins with 56.83%, or 369 votes more than Waltz.
In southern Pike County, in the town of Winslow, with only about 750 residents, voters had two items on their ballots.
Five people were running for three Winslow Town Board members. The winners were Kavin Gayhart, Joni Stafford, and Timothy Ennis.
Winslow voters also voted on a question on increasing the town board from 3 to 5 members. Over 53% voted to keep the board at three people.
