A fire occurred yesterday afternoon at 1125 E and 800 S in Loogootee.
Dispatch received a call at approximately 2:40 yesterday afternoon regarding a brush fire that had started. Cannelburg, Montgomery, SE Fire, and Washington Township all assisted with the blaze.
A vehicle had caught fire in a field, and off-road vehicles were requested to reach the fire. The last of the responders left the scene at approximately 6:00 p.m.
