Area Police Report – October 14, 2022

Around 11 p.m. Wednesday night, Indiana State Police attempted to make a traffic stop in Dugger. After the State Police trooper activated his emergency lights, the vehicle traveled another two blocks before coming to and abrupt stop. At that time the driver, identified as 42 yer ol Bryon Reeves of Terre Haute, got out of the vehicle and ran northward. The trooper chased Reeves through several yards and Reeves eventually responded to the orders to stop. Reeve’s vehicle was found to contain legend drugs, several syringes, cocaine, bath salts, and methamphetamine. Reeves was taken to the Sullivan County Jail and booked on seven drug related charges.
Around 9 p.m. last night, Washington Police Officers responded to a call from a Westwood Place apartment regarding harassment from a male individual. The male subject was served a protective order and trespassed from the property. Less than an hour later, Officers returned to the residence where the male was creating more problems. At the residence the male subject was unco-operative. Washington Officers arrested 30 year old Dillon Wininger on charges of Invasion of Privacy and Resisting Law Enforcement.
In Knox County:
Yesterday, Knox County Sheriff’s deputies arrested 20 year old Pierre Keandre of Oaktown on a charge of Domestic Battery.
