An Evansville couple have been sentenced after pleading guilty to unlawful employment of illegal aliens at the U.S. District Court in Evansville. Kent Dam and his wife Gracie Sung operated Gracie’s Chinese Cuisine in Evansville. Federal agents served search warrants on the restaurant last February. In a plea agreement, Kent Dam was fined $35,000 and sentenced to time served. Gracie Sung was placed on two years probation and fined $15,000.
