North Daviess students, teachers, and staff reported to school for the first official day yesterday. Superintendent Jodi Berry says, despite a few minor hiccups, the first day was a big success. Berry says one thing the North Daviess Community can do is sign up for the free and reduced food service program to help corporation-wide.

The forms are available on the school’s website, or you can pick up the forms at the school offices. Meanwhile, Barr Reeve will kick off the 2024–25 school year in session today. Superintendent Andrea Huff says they are excited to get started and welcome some new faces this year.

Barr Reeve begins classes today, along with Pike Central and Loogootee schools. The final schools to start will be Vincennes and Vincennes Catholic, and they will start fresh tomorrow.
