On June 15, at 6:32 PM, a personal injury accident was reported at the intersection of Front Street and Robinson Street in Washington. Officer Waggoner arrived at 6:33 PM and discovered the accident involving two vehicles. A 4-month-old juvenile was involved but appeared uninjured; EMS was requested as a precaution. The driver of one vehicle, identified as Gaby Rivas-Miranda, was found to have no insurance and will be cited for not having a driver’s license. A wrecker service was called for the uninsured vehicle. The scene was cleared by 7:31 p.m.
