Washington Police Department’s 2nd Shift Makes Multiple Significant Felony Arrests Over the Weekend

Over the weekend, the Washington Police Department’s 2nd shift made several significant felony arrests. On March 15, officers located and arrested 29-year-old Joseph Birk on charges of Battery on a Person Less Than 14 Years Old and Neglect of a Dependent, based on a warrant issued following an investigation by a WPD Detective and DCS. 
Officers also located and arrested 33-year-old James Murray on charges of Child Molesting, Sexual Misconduct with a Minor, and Domestic Battery Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury, based on a warrant issued following an investigation by a WPD Detective, DCS, and SWICACC. 
On the same date, officers responded to a complaint and arrested 43-year-old John Hubble on charges of Dissemination of Matter or Conducting Performance Harmful to Minors, Obscenity/Pornography- Providing Obscene Material to Minors, and Domestic Battery in the Presence of a Child Less Than 16 Years Old.
