On Friday morning, March 15th, Senior Trooper Kurtis Blunk responded to a reckless driving report on US 231 in Dubois County. He located and stopped the vehicle, driven by Joshua K. Taylor of Cannelburg, IN, after observing it driving left of center. Taylor exhibited signs of impairment and was taken to Jasper Memorial Hospital for a chemical test. Following the test, Taylor was arrested and charged with Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated (OVWI), Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Paraphernalia. He is currently held at the Dubois City jail on bond.
