Jasper police arrested Lance Roberson, 42, of Dover, OH, early this morning for operating while intoxicated (OWI) with a blood alcohol content (BAC) of .204 or higher.
The arrest took place at Dave Buehler Plaza in Jasper this morning at approximately 2:37 AM.
After refusing to submit to a chemical test, a search warrant was obtained for his blood, revealing the elevated BAC.
He was lodged in the Dubois County Security Center.
