The date is set for the 2024 Daviess County United Way Day of Caring. This year’s event will be Tuesday, May 14th. Last year, 710 volunteers from 44 businesses gave 3,228 hours completing tasks that equaled over $103-thosand dollars in man hours. United Way is currently looking for sponsors to help with the 2024 Day of Caring. Sponsor dollars are used to feed the volunteers breakfast and lunch and provide water and snacks throughout the day.
