The Martin County Solid Waste Board was scheduled to vote today on a decision to increase the user fee for the Martin County Recycling Center.
A public hearing was held last week to get public comment on the increase in the annual user fee, which is billed on property taxes.
The current fee is $24 a year; an increase would take it to $48 a year.
The vote originally scheduled for today has been rescheduled for next Thursday, January 25, at 8:30 a.m. in the community building at the fairgrounds.
