The Dubois County Community Foundation has announced Hayden Armstrong of Jasper as the recipient of the 2024 Lilly Endowment Community Scholarship for Dubois County. Armstrong was selected from a pool of 122 candidates across all four high schools in Dubois County. Armstrong, the son of Clay and Stephanie Armstrong, envisions his future at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology or Purdue University, where he plans to pursue electrical engineering. His long-term goal includes aspiring to become an Air Force pilot.
