The annual Cops and Kids shopping excursion is set for tomorrow in Washington. Law Enforcement, fire fighters, and several other agencies team up to go shopping with students from the Head Start Programs in Daviess and Martin County. Keith Hinderliter is one of the organizers and says the event is always fun for the kids and the officers….
The event will kick off around 10:30am tomorrow and end with a free lunch for the students. The goal is to spend around 200 dollars on each of the 110 kids this year.
