In response to the resignation of Sandborn Town Board member Ed McKim, the Knox County Republican Central Committee has scheduled a caucus for Monday, December 18th, at 6:00 p.m. The caucus will take place at the Sandborn Community Center. Individuals wishing to participate must submit a letter of interest via email to David Shelton, Knox County Republican Party Chairman, at dshelton.knox.gop@gmail.com. The deadline for submitting letters of interest is December 15th at 6 p.m. The appointed individual will serve for the remainder of the term through December 31st, followed by a three-year term commencing on January 1st, 2024.
