Starting October 30, Jasper’s Street Department will commence its annual curbside bulk leaf collection. Residents are reminded to pile their leaves close to the road or curb, but not in the street or curb itself. To ensure collection, have your leaves raked and ready by 7:00 a.m. It’s essential not to include twigs, trash, rocks, or other debris within the leaf piles, as these can damage the vacuum machines and slow down the collection process. Please note that collection schedules won’t follow a specific day. The workers will cover the city daily, ensuring your leaves are picked up at some point during the collection period.
