A new Colts Fan was born literally at Lucas Oil Stadium Sunday during the Colts vs Browns game.  The baby girl was related to Browns Receiver David Bell.  The baby was not due for another four days but decided to come early.  The family arrived at the stadium and went straight to first aid where the crew with IU Med Center took over to deliver the healthy baby girl.  The new fan arrived at 1:20pm.  The Colts lost a heartbreaker to the Browns 39-38 in the contest.
